1) Who are known as gazette officer ? how to become the gazette officer and the list of the gazette officer ? who can we known that the person is a gazette officer? what are the rights & liabilities they have and also they have to follow up.

My client is hindu by birth converted herself to Christianity in a church and married to a christian at church. Now as there is no coordial relationship between the spouse want to dissolve the marriage and she wants to reconvert as hindu. Can I file a declaration suit to the effect apart filing matrimonial case?

who shall have to monitor and enforce the rule 49(o), of Conduction of Elections Rules? once the Act was passed, is there any requirement of political will, to accept or reject? in this aspect, what is the role of Apex Court?

Dear Sirs, I filed an application for NP Bore 0.22 revolver at Kolkata, I am also a member of the Bar. I like to know that if I can file a Mandamus against Kolkata Police / Home department for not considering my application since last one year. If yes, what is the procedure, and how can I be guided, I want to pursue the case myself.

In any investigation, the judiciary is relying upon the State or it's agencies to collect the evidence, in the adjudication process. but as per the principles of natural justice, the State is not come under the bias, in cases against the state?
how the judiciary shall rely the State and it's agencies, in the adjudication process?
why not it suggest to have an independent institutional mechanism for adjudication process, with checks & measures, if any required?

No time limit is given to follow the order.
After how many days we can do the contenmpt of court order in such case.

the said census will begine in May 2010."i'm a spinster[85 yrs]& staying with my brother for old age related symptoms for last 1 yr.i owned a appartment in nashik-Maharashtra since 1993.in my absence a lady has some*how staying in my apprtmnt.i have not signed any agrmnt.[oral/writing] i fear that during the census 2010 the said lady[Tresspasser] will create EVIDENCE of stay in my apprtmnt.making my job in getting the possession of my apprtmnt. in future. My Q,is whether i can prevent the census being carried out for her? if yes where to write/approch to adress my worry ?
