now we want to keep the constitution for the said wakf trust
can we keep the new constitution ?
do the wakf board will approve it ?

Dear Sir,
I per my knowledge the aadhar card is not mandatory as per supreme Court judgement dated 15oct 2015 but, the state government departments are asking for the same for ration card facility of yellow card holders. Whether it is Mandatory for the same ? beacuse I don't have aadhar card. And they are saying if you not submitted the aadhar no we wil cancel your name from ration card and you will not get future benefits. Please advise me for the same.

im from kerala.im running a mens textile shop
. i want to change the bussiness to a mobile
shop .landlord has filed eviction petiton in the
court .so i will not get the consent from
landloard to change the bussiness.andfor starting a mobile shop license is needed from municipality.and municipality will not give license without the landlord consent for starting mobile shop.but i have a kerala high court writ petition judgement in one case that the holding over tenant can do any legally permited non hazardous bussiness in the shop and change of user is not a problem and the municipality cannot ask for landloard consent for the issue of licence.
my question - is this judgement sufficent to get license from municipality or do i have to go to the high court of kerala with a similar writ petition aganist municipality for granting me license on mobile shop

my name is ankur.currently staying in bangalore.i want to apply for passport urgently.im staying here in pg from last 4months.in all my documents i have given gorakhpur address of my home town.i cnt go to my hometown nd apply for passport,i want to apply from banaglore.how to do?? i dnt have address prove also as im staying in pg.
one more prob is the permanent address which i hv given in my all documents s chaged nw. plz help me to solve this issue.
im working in cognizant if i wont get the passport within 1 month then it will be problem for me.
plz help me as soon as posible

But I've a desire to be a private tutor of Competitive English for Banks/SSC/Rly and other Competitive Examinations. I've done my graduation and now pursuing my post graduation. I want to establish an institution of English. Show me a right way that I can follow up towards my mission - registration, taxation and the remaining things you better explain. Aadhar card linkage to ration
Dear Experts
The Ration Distributor in my place does not issue ration for even one of the family member who does not have Asdhar Card. Is it mandatory as I heard the Supreme court has ruled out, please let me know
