Apartment

Dear Sir,

I am (M P RAJESWAR) residing in Flat No G4, SNB Apartments,Parameswari Nagar,Nellore Andhrapradesh.

The Builder of our apartment was not completed the apartment the way it has to be.1.Not provided completion and occupancy certificate.2.Allowed more than 2 promoters.
No rules were followed like deviation on the approved plan.
these reasons have given entry to others to take undue advantage over this.
like cellar occupation with constructions of flats.Parking area is offered for sale.
In this process here in our apartment some opportunists joined hands with the promoters(Who went out) formed as association here and plan to take advantage of the situation like miss using public fund, not paying house tax and miss using the power taking a proxy (not owning a flat in the apartment) as a treasurer in the committee who ever question them about the above Harass/Humiliate or trouble them a lot.
suggest me how to protect me from these trouble shooters and what is the punishment for these type of people how to proceed with this issue.

A serious question

(Repeated from general forum for the experts)
A simple but serious question:
Causing chaos and disruption in the parliament for any personal or political party issue shouldn't be a serious crime? when so many important policies and decisions in public interest are pending before the parliament needs to be discussed and argued and those are getting delayed because of this behaviour of our elected members of any political party..

Priority to senior citizens

Sir,
I am a senior citizen of 70 years. So far as I remember there is a ruling of supreme Court stating that priority will be given to Senior Citizens in disposal of cases filed by them. Will any one please post the same to me.

Regarding article 46 of constitution

sir, i have a doubt regarding concept of social justice in article 46 of Indian constitution. At present i am doing articleship in CA course but as a scheduled caste i could not get recruited in good firm Such as BIG4 where only references would be working.I feel that there is a social injustice in this regard because SC's come from a background where mostly no one is educated then how will we get references to join in reputed firms. As CA articleship is a part of Ca curriculum there should be an assistance from Central Government in the form of equal opportunities to all without any bias at recruitment of article trainees in big firms. I want to file a PIl in high court regarding the present matter. Will I succeed, if not in what way can i reach the high court regarding the same.

May i ask someone's caste under rti act,2005?

Sir,
May I ask someone's caste under RTI act? What to do If my question is rejected for answer as the concerned office treats my question as the third party info seeking question?
