Dear Sir
I was working as an Operations manager in a courier company dealing in online shipments delivery from Dec 2012 to Apr 2014.
The packets were delivered by persons who collected the amounts and brought back the money to office, handing the same over to the accountant.
Now the company is not functioning due to financial issues.
Every day the accounts person used to deposit the cash in the bank and send report. The person in charge of centrally coordinating the collections used to record the total amount received.
Though I had resigned by Apr end as salaries was not being paid for some months, now they are sending a report stating that many shipments were received & cash collected but has not been accounted or deposited. They have also sent nefarious persons to my house on the pretext that reconciliation has to be done. On enquiry these persons are official goondas used by private banks to collect from defaulters on loan payments.
Kindly advise what is the remedy available for me in such cases as I have not handled cash but still held responsible. Also when the company has resorted to use arm -twisting tactics to intimidate and collect money where none is due.
I have applied for Compassionate Job available in Karnataka Government due to the death of my father who was in service. There are not Internal Exams nor quick Promotions in the department. I want to change to Other Department suitable. Please suggest..
I have live recorded music which is not publish by the author or any CD publishing house.
The singers are dead around 20 years back.
Can I post this on public domain? or distribute free?
Dear Sir/Madam,
Two Groups fought Resident Welfare Election.
One group just named themselves as LOTUS GROUP. The
without any symbol, does it mean it is affiliated to any party?
The other faction which fought the election successfully by using a replica of the BALLOT PAPER be circulated with selected candidates ticked to gain more votes.
My question:
01. Using LOTUS GROUP means affiliation to any POLITICAL PARTY???
02. Can a REPLICA OF BALLOT PAPER be circulated by a group ticking in column against their name??? Does it not amount to violation of rules.
Hope this is not a vague query or unfit query.
Thanks/Regards
Easwaran

Question: So Amendment which were done in 1999 in Indian Majority,1875 are Repeal or the whole act is repeal.
I have recently filed an writ petition under service matter category through my counsel drafted myself. In which high court has not given opinion/decision on the relief points but given relief which is not asked in petition. Please suggest me if I can prefer an appeal against order or I may file another writ under civil matter to get opinion on merit. Case No WPS/1819/2014 decided on 05/08/2014 at High Court of Bilaspur.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Kolkata, my sister socially got married on the year of 2003 but she didn’t transfer her RATION CARD to her husband address from her native place. She not even is using her husband surname. Later on she started residing at her father’s address with her two kids.
Now she wants her two kids ration card to make on her native place(father’s address) address where her Ration card exists.
Instead of showing her kids birth certificates where my sister husband’s name - the baby’s name clearly mentioned the rationing officer refusing her to do that showing the bellow mentioned reasons:
A) There is no ration card on this address of the kids father’s-my sister’s husband.
B) My sister is not residing her husband address
C) She is not using her husband surname
D) She unable to show marriage certificate
Now, please advice the procedure by following that she can make the ration card of her kids.
Also please advice, is there any rule that the baby cant get their identity on her mother name?
Thanking you….
