UPSC police verification

I cleared upsc combined medical services written test and applied for interview .i had no criminal. Charges on me at me at the time of interview. Application and filled the attestation form with no option against the coloumn regarding criminal case.before that i had complained to police about a person who slapped me and that person mafe a false complain on me by a girl.fir was registered on him. i just knew that a girl had complained on me in polices station but the police did not inform me or call me to p.s. but they came to library and took my signature and told that v had arrested that person and v just came to inform u.later after i sent the attestation form to upsc i received a court summon regarding the girls complaint on me u/s 354a/ 506.so i had to take bail.then i attended interview and got selected.now if there is again police versification if i mention about this ..will there be any problem?please help me ..i would be greatful to you

Hosting religious flags & displaying poster in the society premises

Respected Experts,

The undersigned seek your expert advise on the below stated issue.

In our co-operative housing society, since last two month two religious groups have put/hosted their religious flags & displayed religious posters in & around society premises. The working committee requested several times both the groups to remove the same to keep society clean and pleasant.But no one ready to remove the same first. Now society has displayed the notice to remove the same within week time or committee will remove the same.

I would like to know what will be the consequences if committee removed it. And what is the lawful code of conduct for hosting religious flags in the society premises.

Is the concept of govt employee 24 hr. servant against human rights

in india a govt employee is told repeatedly that he is a 24 hour servant and must be forever ready for duty whenever summoned.

is this concept not promoting slavery and bonded labour that is already banned everywhere in the world?

is it not against democracy which talks about individual's freedom?

is it not against human right to privacy,and personal space?

is it not against constitutional rights?

if these are true,why should only a govt employee be singled out & deprived of his human rights while others are get comparatively more freedom?

isn't the term,"24 hours servant" degrading to an individual and hurtful of his dignity?

Query about Accident FIR

Hi sir/Madam,

Have a query about FIR 304A , case is still pending at Distric court, there is no mistake with accused .. opposite person was on 2 wheeler and accused on 4 wheeler but unfortunately the opposite person was no more.. Does this effect in applying for next pvt jobs? What happens if he discloses at joining phase and if he doesn't disclose?
Will the same effect the career of accused? Need views keeping pvt employee in mind ..

I want to know if I can file a PIL against reservation system because it increases discrimination whereas it shoud decrease the caste discrimination.

Caste mistake modification in certificates

Hi,

I do have an urgent issue to which I need your help.

The below are queries
1. Basically my father/mother both are illiterates and they never bothered about the caste in school/college records and they have updated them as Muslim general category (OC) where as I actually belong to BC- B (OBC).......
How can I get this changed and does it need to be updated for govt jobs??


2. Assuming that there is no other way and when state govt announced for including BC-E I immediately applied for it. Now it is of no use as supreme court has discarded it but I am being linked to it. But one of the community head suggested me to go ahead and get BC-B and gave me a certificate from his end stating I belong to BC- B
Now can I get it changed to my original caste BC-B???


3. If don't get the details updated in school/college records and I get OBC under bc b certificate will that be a problem if I join any govt job as I have an approved caste certificate??

Can railway employee use reserved seat with out reservation?

sir Can railway employee use reserved seat without any reservation? Neither TC demand any ticket nor cheque any ID proof from them. Is railway act provide them special immunity to their employee to use such reserve seat by any way.
Plz guide.
