Dear Sir,
In writ petition criminal, what is to be included in the list of dates and events? Am I to give the dates and events of actual facts only or I am also to include some case laws pertaining to violation of fundamental right which is the question of law of my concern. Say for example inactivity of police and administration in certain happening, date of launching complaints etc,only or I have to refer case law e.g maneka Gandhi vs state of Delhi. Actually my case is against instrumentality of state under Article 32, and also violation of Article 19 to 21 in which there is clear indulgence of administration for which I want to seek CBI investigation as I don't have access to collect definite evidence and have got evidence of few incidence of inactivity of various public authorities and also the ground,facts and circumstances of indulgence and inactivity . kindly suggest how to draft properly the writ petition so as to get the writ of mandamus in my favour from the circumstantial evidence

Sir, my father is working in post office since 2005 as group D employee. His age is 57 years. Now he wants to take retirement due to medical issues, but doesn't know the procedure. Please sir tell if he is eligible or not. If yes, then please tell the process. His original retirement is in May 2020 and now its 12-13 year of job. Thanks

Pl be clarify whether the caste certificate can be referred to caste certificate scrutiny committee after 32 years of confirmed service. Pl be reply with sections or articles along with supreme court of India judgement.

Basing On which Act & rule recently one Hon'ble Judge in UP has been suspended by Allhabad HC for allowing controversial bail plea in one POSCO Court proceeding . Pl elaborate on the subject matter .

Whether as per WBCS Act 2006 and WBCS Rules 2011 the Joint Member ( 2nd Member ) can contest to the Board of Directors of a Cooperative Housing Society in the state of West Bengal or not.
After going through the contents of the WBCS Act and WBCS Rules both and further considering various legal impacts I feel the answer should be NO. But the Cooperation Department and Cooperation Directorate both has said YES.
The books are clear in this regard but not the Deptt and Directorate. The authorities are blind on this.

Our case is being delayed in HC for more than one year eventhough SC ordered HC to resolve our case preferably within 8 weeks. Can we file petition in SC to give order to HC to transfer our case to another bench to resolve our case immediately
