Que:1.Husband received summons from Senior Civil Judge Court for restitution of Conjugal rights, can he instead of appearing in person send his reluctance through Registered Post to the Respective Senior Civil Court and instead File Divorce Suit in the Principal Family Court?

Que.1.Wife Got an Ex-parte Restitution of Conjugal Decree form Senior Civil District Court of the Same District 38kms away.

Divorced - M.C case - Marriage consumed - not consumed

After divorce - No issues- As per Divorced Muslim Womens protection act-
In Maintenance case she told marriage consumated - He told marriage not consumated - in this differences arosed in court -How can settle the matter of differencs ? .. Pl guide me

got married on 15 june 2009.she is doctor and she is persuing her dnb course from nagpur.but my relationship did not went very well after my marriage.So now i ahve decided to take divorce we havent met or even communicated with each other for last 6 months.please help me how soon can i start the procedure.i stay in kanpur

Marriage Registration validity in India Urgent please

My client and his would be wife are Indian citizens, and they are planning to get their marriage solemnized and registered in Singapore/Australia.

They are paternal first cousins (my client fathers are full blood siblings.

My query is If that above marriage would be legal in India, if it is registered lawfully in Singapore/Australia or if there are any other formalities that needs to be performed in India waiting for your valuable suggestions

plaintiff & defendant both are following hunifi school[panth].plaintiff is deceased 's doughter's doughter and she has filed reg.civil suit against defendant who is deceased's doughter for partition in deceased property[agricultural land].plaintiff's mother had died before the death of plaintiff's gradfather. whether plaintiff is entitled to get share in her deceased granfather's above property according to muslim law
