Can my husband exclude his parents income to apply for EWS certificate as we are living separately from them and they don't give us maintenance.

Notice pay

My previous organisation was not paying salary for 3 to 4 months and it became the practice
So I left serving 7 days notice pay , now organization is asking to serve one month notice .

In such circumstances , can organization ask to serve notice pay ..

Two posts under the same grade pay

Two posts of Asst Manager and Information Tech Officers were advertised on the same grade pay. With the gradual increase of grade pay of one post by the management, can the other post request the same?

Non disclosure of pending case at the time of appointment

Sir, can you please advise similar judgements to Avtar Singh Vs.Union of India & Ors. Supreme Court of India 21 July, 2016 as I need support of Judgement on In a case trivial in nature in which conviction had been recorded, such as shouting slogans at young age or for a petty offence which if disclosed would not have rendered an incumbent unfit for post in question, the employer may, in its discretion, ignore such suppression of fact or false information by condoning the lapse.

Maintaining of lien at parent department

I came on deputation to Central Administrative Tribunal from Border Roads Organization which is also a central government department. During my deputation period of 2 years and 3onths I got absorbed in the borrowing department after getting NOC from my parent department.y question is (i) Whether I have to resign technically from my parent department (ii) Whether my lien is to be maintained at my parent department for a period of two years from the date of absorption. (iii) iIs is possible that i may able to repatriat to my parent department.

Eligibility for other govt job if major penalty imposed

I wanna know if a psu bank employee commits fraud and no FIR is registered against him but disciplinary action is taken against him. Bank imposed major penalty of increments down or lower down to position but he is not terminated and he continues working in the same organisation.whether he is eligible for other govt jobs or not? If one clear other govt exam and at the time of interview, a bio data form has to fill, in which he has to state any disciplinary action by previous employee....is this major penalty cause problem or not in future other govt jobs??

Withholding certificate in working place

I am working in a private school. Handling high school and higher secondary in Karnataka. When I joined I submitted a certificate. Now I needed them for a govt varification. From 10th till my last qualification for an attestation process. Now they are denying it. They are not giving certificates.
Does the institution have any right to hold them?
If they don't give what should I do?.
Please help

Claim of promotion rejected

I'm a state government employee. I'm working in shift system in my office and office orders have been passed for the same by the competent authority. My working hours in shift system are 09.00 p.m to 05.00 a.m everyday. In the mean time i got permission from the competent authority to persue further education via regular mode in shift system and timings of which were 01.00 p.m to 07.00 p.m. Hence my duty timings and study timmings does not clash with each other. Now thereof with matter of time i got eligible for promotion by way of seniority cum merit. But now the department has rejected my claim that you couldn't have persued regular course of study

Change in service conditions

Establishment was employing 20 workmen and their demand relating to better service conditions was pending before the Industrial Tribunal.Packaging section of production dept.was closed by paying closure compensation to concerned.Will the action amount to change in service conditions within the meaning of Sec.33(1) of Industrial Dispute Act 1947.Support of citation would be appreciated.
