The candidates were declared as AGM as and when vacancies arise. I was the 1st waiting candidate at serial number 9 and serial number 10 is getting promoted from the date of DPC. i could not join in time on my transfer due to accidental fall from a high place and requested the management to consider my sick leave as per Bank rule but they did not .They issued charge sheet which culminated with penalty of non cumulative one increasement for 6 months . When I requested for upgradation my post in official site, they issue letter after one and half year that my case is in sealed cover procedure. At the date of DPC no charge sheet were issued or no disciplinary proceedings were pending, the question of sealed cover would never arise. The serial no10 has ,in course of time, promoted to CGM post. How can I get all these promotions through legal procedures ? kindly state the judgements. Kindly help me to be the member of this club .
What kind letter given to employee if he is not replying to charge sheet. and what will be the subject.
Respected Learned Expert(s), I had filed an Original Application for MACP benefits before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench and appeared as party in person. My OA was remitted back to my department with direction to pass appropriate order under the applicable rules by the Bench at he admission stage itself. However, the written order order of the CAT Bench has not been served to me even after the lapse of 2 months. I had sent an e-mail to the Registrar (Judicial) in the matter but in vain. What is the procedure to get the written order? Is there any mention letter form is available in CAT Procedure Rules? Kindly guide me to get the written orders in peaceful manner please. Few month before I have an issue with my Trade union managing committee due.to this I have complaint to the registrar of trade union regarding my illegal suspension. The matter has been shorted but now my office bearers of trade union is not accepting my monthly subscription fees without giving any proper reason and also not providing me any account details so that I can deposit fees in union account what I can do regarding this issue which has been raised and if it gets to late I am afraid that they will take excuse of 3 month subscription fees provision and try to creat an issued from union side

It has been said in law that standing order cannot be modified upto 6 months on the date it has been come into force and.of there is any agreement between the employer or the trade union than that agreement is accepted
Respected sir this agreement is done by individual workman or the trade union can do the agreement on behalf of all the work men
Can this agreement can be challenged in the law as if we all know sir labour workers are unaware of there rights and results to exploitation of agreement is done which is not favourable to the worker itself can it be ask for change or any modifications

If the principal employer or the contractor wants to show that it's employees are earning more than 21000 per month than how they will show means they have to show the wages register or any other affidavit or something else. Worker of trade union employer will show or trade union will give any details
Audio recordings was made on the compact disc and this was mentioned as one of the management exhibits by the presenting officer and it was accepted by the enquiry officer. In the begining of the enquiry, when CSE questioned the PO to produce the CD, the Presenting Officer said in many times, he will NOT produce any CD of recordings. BUT later he produced the CD after the exit of 1st witness MW1. The MW2 and MW5 only endorsed the CD. MW3 and MW4 the CD was not produced. Though the CD did not contain the charge sheet abusals, but only the voice which was supported by MW2 and MW5 .The CSE defence DW1 said , the voice was not of CSE in the CD. THE EO was in full favour of management. Though I mentioned in writing about PO statements on not producing the CD and this CD was not underwent any tests
