Looking forward your suggestions in respect of following queries:
1. There is an employment bond for 2 Year and if any employee leave the organization before 2 years he / she need to pay Rs 2 Lakh.
Query : if Employee leave the organization after 1 year so he / she need to pay full or in proportion as he /she has already served 1 Year.
2. As per employment agreement , monthly salary would be paid lump sum or in instalment a per employer convienence
Query: If salary is not paid in next month so it is breach of employment Bond.

I am on my notice period .
I have put resignation on 2nd may 2024 wherein mentioned my last working day will be on 31st May 2024.
After 10days , HR reply back by saying that they have rejected the resignation. Also they had hold my April month salary .
Saying that I must give them in writting that I won't join any competitor company in next six months .
Also this clause is mentioned in my appointment too.
My new company is the competitor company .
I need to know is the clause of not joing the competitor company is legal . Is there is any action employer can get on employee.
What needs to be my further step ?

My father joined as a constable in crpf and recently he got promoted to the rank of head constable. My mother is a housewife.
And I think my father income from salary is above 8 lakh and we do not have any other source of income so my question is am I eligible for OBC NCL certificate
If the answer is YES
So If I get the certificate and gain employment
under central/state government will this 8 lakh above income cause any kind of trouble in background verification by the appointing authority

I have joined as junior engineer in government electricity department on the base of diploma in engineering. While in service with prior permission, I have completed bachelor in engineering (B.E.) degree. On the basis of B.E. degree, I have selected in PWD department as assistant engineer and I have joined the PWD Department. If someone from my previous department, complains to PWD department that I have completed B.E. degree while in service, then can PWD terminate me from job or what PWD department will do in my case ?

Respected Learned Experts, I had been not paid gratuity for the past three years by my department (Central Government) due to some disciplinary proceedings. In 2021, order has been passed for a cut in pension without stating anything on the payment of gratuity. I had filed an O.A. before the CAT, Chennai Bench duly claiming for interest on gratuity. The CAT Bench has disposed my OA directing my department to pass a speaking order on my representation which claims interest on gratuity too. Now my department has passed an order for payment of gratuity without any mention on the interest claimed by me. In the above circumstances, I may please clarified whether I have to file Contempt Petition for not passing an order on interest or I have to file a fresh OA for claiming gratuity. As I am appearing as Party In-Person before the CAT Bench, i may please be shared with your expertise guidance in the matter and oblige. Advance thanks in anticipation to all the Learned Experts.

Can be the part of working. committee what procedure have to be done for that they have to apply in union regarding to be the part of the managing committee
