I am currently working as clerk in government department. I want to do b.ed but b.ed is conducted in regular mode and I cannot attend classes due to my job. I had contacted a college and they are saying that attendance will not be an issue and I have to come only for exams. I want to know that if after completing b.ed I got job in government school, Will there be any negative consequences in the future for my job?

Junior will get promotion along with seniors and will get early promotion than his seniors... how will that be considered justice??
The feeder cadres to the post of AEE by promotion is AE with 3 years Experience and JE with 5 years Experience.
There is the provisions which earmarks percentages of posts in the ratio of 60:40 (Sixty percent from AEs and 40 percent from JEs) in promotion to AEE Electrical Post in City Corporation
from the above rule Promotion to the Post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Ele.)(Class-I) from Junior Engineer (Ele.) (Class-III) by Passing Intermediate Post of Assistant Engineer (Ele.) (Class-II)

JE join to Service on 07.12.2017
Let us consider for the sake of argument promotions to AEE Electrical would be given on next day after completing the required no. of years in service for promotion i.e. 08.12.2019 for AEs and 08.12.2021 for JEs As per C&R rules 2011 of City Corp.
Total sanctioned posts of AEE(E) is 10, Out of which for promotion from two different Cadres to be earmarked at the ratio of 60:40 to AEs and JEs respectively,
On 08.11.2019 Rank 1-6 of the final Seniority list of AEs cadre would get promotion and 1-4 from JEs cadre would get promotion to AEE(E) Post.
It’s worthwhile to note that, If no eligible JE who has put in service of 5 years is available at the time of promotion the share of JEs would be kept undisturbed as per quota rule till the next round of promotion
JE who joined to service on 07.12.2017 will be become eligible and once satisfy the service conditions he will get promoted on 08.12.2022.
AEs with Rank 7-13 will have to wait for the next round of promotion i.e till 08.12.2022 the AEs and JEs who got promoted to AEE(E) in the first round get further promotion to EE Post that is after 3 years till AEE(E) Post fall vacant.
Hence, by then it would be 6 years of service to AE and 5 years to JE who had joined an year later than Graduate AEs, now JE is eligible for AEE (E) promotion and getting promotion along with his senior and much earlier than some Graduate AEs who are senior to him and well qualified too, will have to continue as Asst. Engineer under promoted JE.
SIR, I’m a pregnant women and about to go on maternity leave, without giving any notice my company has terminated me from office after making false allegations on me. They have not given last month salary, leave salary and bonus to me (total due more than 1lakh). I think they have terminated me because they don’t want to give me 6 month’s maternity salary (more than 2lakhs). Employer give me mental harassment only for not paying maternity leave.
Please help me and suggest me what I do in this situation without filling complaint in court because I am not in situation for going to court.

Sir, We have won a case against Bank regarding non disclosure of pending case at the time of appointment. The Hon;ble High Court clearly ordered the Bank to set aside the termination order and reconsider the matter and give a fresh reasoned order. But, Bank said that it reconsidered the issue and felt that termination is correct. It clearly is violation of Indian Judiciary by the Bank officials. So, we filed writ again in the Hon'ble High court against the Bank. But, Bank is not filing the counter. The Bank lawyer is saying that he has not received any orders or instructions to proceed further in the case.Now, What should we do?? Please suggest. Its been 10 years since I lost the Job and its been 3 years since we filed second writ in the Hon'ble High court after winning the case in the first writ petition after 7 years of filing.
My FULL 7 Final settlement not clear for last 3 month of my past company.

I was working in public sector company which has head office and factory at bangalore.
I have transferred to guwahati as medical representative, where company does not have any office, factory or any infrastructure. and I was reporting to bangalore H O through emails and emails are my attendance for salary etc.
Later I have been terminated for not attending duty for 7 days.
Later.. after aproching ALC at guwahati there was a FOC between me and company, hence matter refreed to central labour ministry.
Now, labour ministry has referred the case to bangalore cgit based on the establishment of company and based my request as a nearest cgit available.
Now the question is bangalore cgit has right jurdiction to run the case or labour ministry is wrongly referred the case to bangalore cgit with out considering the legal aspects
Kindly guide me because already 5 years have gone in cgit bangalore.
I made a booking in a banquet hall for a engagement ceremony on 24-2-2019 due to sudden death of my grandmother i had to call off the event. I informed the management 20 days ahead. Intially on approaching them they spoke about refund,they made me wait for a year the manager now says he can't refund back. Moreover the management dint issue me orginal bill, they blame me saying u requested us not to provide u the bill as it saves ur tax. Can i file a case n approach the district forum
The CAT bench has issued a direction to examine my representation which claims for provisional pension and interest thereon for the delay in sanction of provisional pension. The department has sanctioned only provisional pension but not paid interest. I had issued reminders but in vain. Now I am in the idea of filing contempt petition before the CAT bench. I am appearing as party in person. What are the relief I can claim in the contempt petition? Can I claim for cost for both OA and CA. Please guide me. Thanking you in anticipation.
Sanction of eol on medical grounds
Dear Sir,
I have availed EOL on loss of pay on medical grounds (from 2000 - 2003) for my TB treatment for around 2 years 8 months as a lecturer in Government of Andhra pradesh services. After enquiry by Regional Joint Director, and after dropping the charges of unauthorised absence , I was given reposting orders. I have joined the services and was recently retired from services in 2019.
The Department of Education is not sanctioning the EOL on loss of pay on medical grounds so that I can send my pension papers.
Can any one suggest me how to proceed
