Respected members ,we are electricity distribution company ltd we gave a contract for maintanance to shri balaji pvt limited .one contractors employee died due to elecrical accident.the above contractor insured deceased employee under
Employee state insurance my question is whether dependant of deaceasd is entital for compensation under workman compensation Act Act .As per section 61 of Employee state insurance Act61.

61. Bar of benefits under other enactments.- When a person is
entitled to any of the benefits provided by this Act, he shall not be
entitled to receive any similar benefit admissible under the
provisions of any other enactment

My friend has executed GPA in favour of Y person long back. Now can my friend sell the property which is stands in his name ? Or the Power of Attorney holder has only right to sell the property ? please advise

Hello Sirs/Mams,
Mr. X has given false affaidaivit and false proofs of papers to an organisation Y. Y does not have any knowledge of this. Also Y is not interested in prosecuting Mr. X. Can I file a complaint u/s 420 IPC asking for investigation and prosecution of Mr. X being a responsible citizen of India.
Is it possible that I can ask the Court or the police to initiate proceedings against Mr. X even if Y is not interested? It is a very interesting aspect!

sir, A purchase agricultural land in U.P. in 1955 but didn't get mutation on
revenue record but A has possession on the land .seller of the land died .
grandsons of the seller recorded as legal heirs through registered will but
there is no mention about the number of land in the will . draft of the will
shows that my rest properties will go to my grandson after my death .can grandson
of the seller resale the land held by A to another person ? please cite case law
in favor of A.

sir, we have disputed property ,and have stayorder not to sell property without court permission .this order is for vinay (uncle),because the property was purchased by funds of my grandfather,and in the name of my grandmother and one lunatic uncle.my grandmother is no more,than the property disputed in court.but before ,2 years one of vinay sell the disputed property without court permission.he take signature of lunatic uncle and sell the property.sir i want to know that which sections, are for such crime,or both party(seller,buyer) are same liable for this.

My father has not been paying alimony even after court order. My parents got divorced in 1992. They were married for 8 years. We filed a case a few years back. But unfortunately we did not find a good lawyer. I am a student and my mom is a home-maker. We ahve no osurce of Income. Please guide us.

I am working in Pvt lTd Bank as MAnager i have joined on 6 Sept 2010 and till date i am not been confirmed in my services.I am pregnant by 6 months and facing lot of troubles here.
My issue are
1) company has a norm of probation period of 6 months which was extended on 6 March 2011 because of some operational issues (undeserved)by my supervisor .I was not rated equally to the people in my Branch during year end appraisal on 31 March 2011 as well stating HR has done so(all employees have same score as i had and they recived bonus as well).
2)I have been working for min of 11-12 hours, under stress,my supervisor is very rude passes personal ungracefull remarks every now and then.He has always been threatning me that my services will not be confirmed.
3)On July 14/07/2011 he actually insulted and harrassed me infront of every staff memeber and asked me to leave the branch and report to higher authorities.I made a complaint to hR as well they are looking into the matter enquiry has been set to get the details.
Now i want to file a case against my supervisor and agaisnt my company in case they dont provide me the solution
Kindly help how can i proceed furthur

I put money in mutual funds through online trading account which is not connected to the salary account(separate bank) to avoid blocking of the money and funds.

If any instrument/agreement is executed by one party in other state and stamp duty as per that State Act is already affixed, is it necessary to affix additional stamp duty of another state where the second party is executing instrument/document?

Ancestral Property Issue
I am from a hindu family.My father is entitled to get a share of land by a will made by his father(My Grandfather).But after my grandfather died ,when my father tried to register the share entitled to him, some of my father's brothers filed a petion in the court that the will was fraudulant and we couldn't able to make the share our own.How can we make the property our own?.Now my father is sick and he cannot move out from bed and share of land remains unregistered.
