Obstruction of light and air and other damage caused

Sir,
Two neighbors (namely A and B) are living in a village. A is contractor of a PSU and B is an employee of the PSU. B has good and permanent income from the PSU. A has occasional income out of his contractual work only. A is living in an Assam -Type house in his village whereas B is erecting a Two-storey R. C. C. building by the side of A's aforesaid house. The erection of the aforesaid building by B has obstructed light and air to A's house. Moreover, during rain the falling water from the roof of the B's building causes damage to A's aforesaid house.

So, A's right to air and light and right to live peacefully is violated by B's action. A served a legal notice to B on the aforesaid fact. But no reply has been obtained.

Now A seeks legal remedy. How will A get the remedy for exercising his right?

Bank account

A woman whose husband is lying in comma at present in a Hospital is suffering from financial crisis.

Her said husband is an employee of a PSU and she along-with her other family members are dependent on him financially. Her said husband has an individual Savings Bank Account which is operated by him only in a Nationalised Bank at his place of residence. The monthly salary against his employment is directly deposited at his aforesaid Bank Account by the PSU.

Due to such condition of her husband she is suffering from financial crisis as she is not assisted by any person. She is unable to pay medical bills and medicine costs. She has a lot of hardship in following daily pursuits. If her husband had the aforesaid Bank Account a Joint one with her, then her financial condition would not have been worse today.

Now, the question is that whether there is any possibility of obtaining a Court Order on the basis of her Declaration as wife for converting the aforesaid individual Bank Account of her husband into a Joint one, so that the Bank authorities can act upon. Let me know where and how to file a Petition for Declaration.

Non-payment of installments of a bank loan

First of all happy holi and International Woman's Day to all.
My query - A man purchased a Maruti Car from a dealer on Bank Finance and the Bank gave the loan to him after fulfillment of the requisite norms for the Loan. But during the course of time the man was unable to repay his loan installments and his car was pulled and taken back by the Bank authorities and the Bank authorities later have sold the car through an auction. The auction of the car was not even informed to the man.

The auction value of the car was not sufficient to complete the installment due against the car and to mitigate the loss and recovery of the balance money the Bank authorities have opted for an Arbitration Proceeding against the man. The man did not appear before the Arbitration Proceedings and the said Proceeding has passed an Order Expertee for payment of the balance amount of money remaining un-recovered by the Bnak after the aforesaid auction sale of the said car. The man is regularly asked to pay the money as passed by the aforesaid order and he is threatened of dire consequences if he fails to pay the same.
Considering the present income conditions the man is unable to repay the money aforesaid.

Now, what is the option left to the man? Can there any suit be instituted against the man by the Bank authorities?
