Hello Sir / Madam,
Need your help on understanding about a situation with a property..
My grand father has expired and he had left a small house in his native city. My Grandfathers' 2 daughters and one being my mom and other her younger sister.
So legally how to divide the property,
1. Will that to be partitioned equally between my mom and her sister
OR
2. As Grand children we are three, to my mom - Myself and my younger brother and my aunt has one son. So as grand children can we divide the property into three?
The reason why am asking about this is because it would be nice to know which would be the best practice.
Looking forward for experts advise.
Thanks,
Ravi Kumar
