I need clarification whether tenant name can be entered in to revenue records as possessors when the tenant using the land as commercial.

my father owns property in Hyderabad, he died without making WILL, now i want to sell the property of my father which is not in my name and what is the procedure to be followed in this situation to sell the property.

The Cheque was dishonored in the year 2008 and due to the shifting of the house i could not be able to send legal notice as per the statutory requirement but now i found the cheque along with memo of 2008
My query is:
1)whether i can send legal notice now?
2) what is the other remedies for above query

is director of the company required to pay professional tax on the remuneration paid by the company or company can deduct the PT from the salary and pay to the concerned authority of Andhra pradesh.
or the director requires to pay both ie for drawing remuneration from the company and also company can deduct the PT from the director salary

I want to purchase a villa that is being constructed in the village that comes under 111 GO, and the lay out was approved by Gram Panchayat in the year 1996, i came to know that gram panchayat is not competent authority and Hyderabad metorpoliton Development Authority is competent to give approval for layouts and building permission under 111 GO, pls clarify which is the competent authority and what are the rules under 111 GO for constrution.

7 persons have an undivided share in property which they intend to sell.Is only one agreement to sell is required of 7 agreements would have to be made??
Also will the rights of seller be affected if the demarcation of the land is done before the registration of the sale deed???
if the possession of the said land is given to the seller before such demarcation then will it be lawful ??
Delegation of powers by occupier
Dear Members,
My query relates to Factories Act
It is often time consuming to get signature of occupier on various document for approvals especially to authorities within the state (Telangana State). Many insist on occupier to sign.
Can occupier delegate the authority to Factory manager to approved specific documentation to be submitted. if so under which provisions of Factories Act & Rules.
