Procedure & cost to withdraw case from state consumer forum delhi

Respected Lawyers,

I need your valuable guidance in withdrawing the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.

I had filed a case against a builder for delay in possession of my flat through a Lawyer (searched online). Now that I have reached an amicable agreement with the builder, I want to withdraw the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.

Today I spoke with my Lawyer to withdraw the case and he told me that it would cost me Rs.12000/- or more to withdraw the case. Respected Lawyers, I wanted your valuable advise as to how much it costs to withdraw a consumer case? Also, can I myself go ahead and withdraw the case and what is the procedure for it? What all documents would be required to withdraw the case as all my case papers are with my lawyer.

Please suggest. Thanks in anticipation.

Sincere Regards
Ashish Raina

Criteria for tds on bank deposit: on int. provided during a f.y. or on interest paid on maturity?

Sir, Mr. XYZ is having a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1, 06,404 = 00 with a Bank. Period of Deposit is 15 months starting from November 2014 up to mid February 2016. Rate of Interest is 9.50 % p.a.
Details of interest earned on the above Fixed Deposit:
Interest between Nov. 2014 and end of March 2015: Rs. 5,054 = 00 (F.Y. 2014-15)
Interest between Apr. 2015 and end of Feb. 2016: Rs. 8,193 = 00 (F.Y. 2015-16)
Total amount of interest payable on maturity: Rs. 13,247 = 00 (F.Y. 2015-16)
My question is:
(1) Whether above Bank Deposit attracts TDS provisions for the F.Y. 2014-15 and F.Y. 2015-16 or not ?.
(2) Whether Bank can deduct TDS on the interest amount payable on maturity, saying, income by way of interest is more than Rs. 10,000 = 00 for the F.Y. 2015-16 ?.

and me and my father along with step mother lived in the flat for the past 11 years.
my father died last year now the step mom has thrown the belongings of myself and my brother from the house and is not allowing us to stay in the flat. she is claiming that since the flat is only hers name we have no right to stay there.

Been cheated

Hello Sir,
Few years back we took a loan of Rs.2,00,000 from a local person at a interest rate of 5% and we paid interest for him for a year through cash (no receipt given) and last year may we had cleared the actual amount of Rs.2,00,000 through check and we are due to pay around 25,000 of interest and we requested him and said that we cant pay the interest. He ignored us and did not give our papers and cheques (everytime we ask, he says to come later) and after few months he asked us to pay an amount of 40000 as due. We said that we cant give any money as my father lost his job. Today (9 august) he sended a notice saying that we are due to pay Rs.4,00,000. The notice says that we borrowed the amount in january of this year and promised to pay in 4 months and there was a check bounce also mentioned in it.
He included sections 138 R/W 142 of negotiable instrument act,1881.
But we gave the actual amount to him last year through bank. Moreover the promisery note and cheques were around 3 years old.
Is there any way to prove we are innocent?
Please help us with your valuable suggestions.
