Here one of my friend want to purchase a flat in sagarpur area, Were builder jointly Build a building in 200 sq yards area(100 sq. yards is another person name and 100 sq. Yards is anotger person name). They have not made any collaboration agreement for that. Now the both owner signed Agreement to sale. My question is;
1. Can they legal sale the property with both owner sign.
2. In Delhi they need MAP from MCD for More than 100 aq. Yards property. How can they obtained that without any agreement and deed for 2 different area of property.( in deed Proerty address is same for both area)
3. What documents we need to obtained to confirm our titel.

Dear Expert, my friend bought a commercial shop ar delhi in 1993. He has a agreement to sale in his name and he is sure that a sale deed was registered in his Name. But he couldn't find any orignal deed nor registration slip. He check the ragistrar index but not finding his name on the said propert.my question is; 1.) Can he ask ragistrar to check and issued a duplicate deed. 2.) Is there any process to registered the sale deed again.3.) Is there any other process to get valid titel deed.

Now she sold the property and give all other brother to their share ( with their mutual consent) except me.so my query is ,am I grant my share as per any law.( in sale amount)

I have made purchased on online (Myntra) the amount have deduction but they denied about the deduction. I have complaint them about the deduction and they registers the complaint. But the answer come" No" again I have registers the complaint with my account pass book details they said they will reply after one business day but no reply has been comevf Om their side my question is.

Transfer of property before owning

My friend is going to buy a flat in Delhi which is DDA alloted, but in starting chain of property the allotee already sold the flat before giving the possession by DDA through GPA/SPA/WILL. My question is, can flat could be transfer/sale before owning and does it create valide titel?
