Wrongful confinement

My ex-wife hiding my 6 year old son to unknown address & deprived his education. Her husband demanding money to see my son. A complaint is lodged at local PS. But PS did not take any action stating that child is staying with his mother.
I have contacted with state government's child welfare department. They advised to lodge FIR.
Thereafter under section 156, complaint is lodged before court to treat this complain as FIR u/s 344 IPC, 385 IPC, 506 IPC. The application is allowed.
What action will be taken by the police ?
Will police search my son & handover to me ?

DELAY IN COMPASSIONATE GROUND APPOINTMENT IN RAILWAYS

My father deceased on duty when I was in third year of engineering in 2012. Me being elder son applied for CG appointment when I was informed to apply/submit application along with graduation certificate which I did on 2013. Since I was an engineering graduate the appointment was seeked and approved for JE/SSE grade. But I was made to wait till April 2015 to attend for "interim appointment" untill JE exams are called for. I qualified for TECH III on basis of my 10th as highest education?!.and joined Railways as trainee tech III. But the shocking part was I was asked to train for 3 years in interim itself without any allowances and benefits except 'basic+da'. But, the mechanical engineering/diploma/ITI holders are asked to train only for 6 months. But, RRB considers any DIPLOMA/ENGINEERING holders as technical expertee in their relevant field and offers jobs as JE/SSE/DMS/CDMS posts on basis of any branch of engineering graduation is completed in!
This is 2017 april and im yet to attend my promised JE/SSE exam and continuing my career as trainee tech III for 3 years training without actual benefits as normal employee but have to work a work equal to an SSE in my allotted inspection section at Mysore Workshop. Have tried alot to enquire this issue, demand for exam finally or reduce my training period atleast so that I can atleast use minimal benefits as a normal employee.. No use. No one is helping me at office. How to deal with this 4 year delay!

N.I.A. 138

on cheque bouncing of a pvt ltd co., I issued demand notice to co. regd office , corporate office and directors residence address. Notice of regd. Office returned with the remark not claimed. Other notices delivered. My query are 1. Wether it is necessary to enclose returned envelop with complaint u/S 138. 2. Whether accused company and its directors can take any benefit that no notice served at regd. Office. 3. Whether delivery at corporate office and directors residence is sufficient to prosecute. Experts, please guide.
