I have filed a domestic voilence case, but as husband is in african country, he has ignored the summons send to him thrice.
Please need your suggestion on to what and how the things can be speed up .

IF A PERSON DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT OF CHEQUE IN THE COURT(WHICH WAS DISHONORED/BOUNCED),CAN THAT PERSON STILL BE PUNISHED UNDER CRIMINAL CASE FILED UNDER SECTION 138 OF N.I ACT ?

I want to know that how the General Power of Attorney can be cancel. What is the procedure and requirements for cancellation of GPA. Whether it is mandatory to cancel the GPA from Same Registering authority, where it was executed at the time of giving GPA. Whether GPA can be cancel in any where in india.
Whether any notice is mandatory after cancellation to the person in whose favour GPA was granted.

Sir,
I m fresh law graduate, I have some queried regarding appeal against aquital of accused under 420 case. In this case there were two accused .
1. In appeal by mistake i have just given the name of one accused and other party is state.now i want to know whether i can file amended appeal or make an application for the addition of accused no. 2.
2. my other question is that if i file the application or amended appeal , is there any effect to the cause of action.

As per section 58 of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 jurisdiction of civil court is barred. Whehter order 33-A can chellenge before civil court.
Whether the jurisdcition of civil court is barred to entertain any order under section 33-A of act
