Summons process in other then india country

I have filed a domestic voilence case, but as husband is in african country, he has ignored the summons send to him thrice.

Please need your suggestion on to what and how the things can be speed up .

You can sent the summons through embassy

What do you mean by "ignorance". If you could show the court that the summons were not received by your husband by refusal or by not claiming then the court can surely proceed with the case.If not then send through India Post or any state postal agency and apply for status of the postal article. The court can come to the conclusion on the basis of that status report.
