I live in Pune, India. Got married in December 2021 in Delhi and moved in with my wife in Pune, 5 days after our marriage, as part of marital responsibilities I agreed to pay out 80% of my salary for expenditure while I have a educational loan, LIC payment & Parental responsibility as obligations, due to the obligations though I paid the said amount for two months but was short of money due to debt payoff, though i have agreed to pay 1/3th of my salary amounting to INR 20000, wife denies that and sought what we had agreed to pay i.e 80% of the salary, she has a business and takes INR 2 lacs/month. How much can I legally give her as she threatened to throw me out out the house and call police (we are staying in a place which she has rented out before marriage in Pune and refuses to stay with my parents). Please advice. Thanks and regards.

Hello,
I am planning to launch a new business, however, we noticed that for the brand name that we wanted to use for the product, there is an existing company in the US. However, the difference is that we wanted to use their name for our product and not the company. The US-based company is a mobile gaming company and has multiple games in the market across the world.
Will this be a problem?
I recently got the Agreement to Sale registered at Registrar office in Pune. On receipt of Original Agreement, I observed that there are discrepancies in Index II pertaining to area, project name, survey no. and hissa no. Rest of the pages in the agreement/deed are correct.
Builder advised me to get the correction deed administered.
Please advise if I need to hand over the original agreement back to the builder or application for corrections in Index II would suffice.
Request Guidance.
The building has been constructed after taking MHADA NOC. The plot is owned by MHADA which is taken on lease for 90 years and the building has been constructed. The question is will there be a need of MHADA NOC separately for selling/ purchasing any flat in this building even if MHADA NOC is already there with the society?
** Note: There are banks which has stated that only NOC from society is enough while there are banks (example: Axis bank) who demand separate NOC from MHADA too.
Dear Team,
I have a query with regards to Succession Certificate & Heirship Certificate. One of my Client from Thane, Mumbai seeking for transmission of shares and as per the company requirement he had complied for succession certificate from Court of Law. (Thane, Mumbai.)
Hereby, please note that we had filed Petition for Succession certificate and also paid the stamp duty of Rs. 75000/- but Thane court had issued us the Heirship Certificate. Now company had raised an objection that they require succession certificate. Kindly guide us whether Heirship Certificate is acceptable in this particular case? as it issued only through court of Law.
Waiting to hear from you at the earliest. You can also reply on this below mentioned e-mail address.

I invested in an under construction housing project. Agreement signed in 2015. promised date of possession :- 5 year from date of agreement plus 1 year grace.
RERA date was feb 2020 which the builder extended to feb 2021 and now to feb 2022 citing COVID.
Project is stuck since dec 2017. no progress since then and does not looks like it will progress.
we have sufficient numbers for NCDRC revised limit of Rs. 10 crore as well as NCLT(IBC) . Which forum should we move to recover money
Thanks and Regards

Hi,
I can see word (LABEL) after a trademark. What does this mean?
Regards,
Trust into private company
Can a public charitable trust be converted into a private company?
Can the trustees become directors in that private company?
Who is the owner of the trust's properties? Is it with the private company or remains with (leftover from) the trust?
