Sir,
Currently I am working in a law firm as an associate advocate. My boss owns a consultancy as well as a chartered accountant office. Sir more than one month has passed but he is not paying the salary to his employees of consultancy and again and again saying that I will pay tomorrow. Sr the due date of salary is 07 of every month and their appointment date is 01 and all of them have offer letter as an evidence as well as ID cards of company.
Sir what is the proper forum before which their case should be filed?
Is it a labor court?
Sir a legal notice should be served in such a case or not and if yes then what they can seek and what type of compensation can they ask from him in labor court.
Sir kindly tell me the proper procedure and proper court where this case can be filed.
Sir he is in the habit of not paying his employees and I want to teach him a lesson please help.

Goods from my consignment were stole from my DTDC courier and when I contacted the DTDC courier services through email they just forwarded the email to other officer.
Kindly advice me the best remedy which I can take.
I can sue them under which law and for what i.e compensation, recovery or what.
This has resulted in tremendous loss to me because those pieces were meant for a exporter who was in Idnia at that time but now I missed a potential buyer.
Plz advice at the earnest.

I bought a Rs 40 Lac machine from a company. It turns out to be defected. Company is not replacing it. WHat is the best remedy available to me?
Should a legal notice be served upon him, if yes then mention the content of legal notice.
Should I directly go to state commission?
Should I file an F.I.R under 420 IPC?

If someone has given services to someone for example tent house, lightning facility on various occasion. The person to whom the services has given for example marriage hall owner is not paying him for the services offered by the plaintiff then what remedy is available.
Notice for what will be served?
Pls reply as soon as possible.
There is no written agreement between them. No evidence to prove this fact except the labors who were working on behalf of the plaintiff.
In this case the plaintiff has offered services like lightning, flowering, catering, tent etc to the defendant marriage hall.
Legal notice to be served under what title.

One of my clients employee escaped from his office with intellectual property i.e designs and drawings. Later on he started threatening my client with dire consequences that i will sold all the designs to your enemy until and unless you give me 10 lac rupees.
A complaint was made to the police but F.I.R was registered after 15 days of the complaint. In the F.I.R only two sections were mentioned i.e 408 and 384 where as sections relating to theft, misappropriation, criminal intimidation etc were left out.
Later on an application with additional facts was filed in the court where as name of two other people were mentioned but F.I.R was not registered against them.
Police has filed F.R in the report but not taken the statements of any independent witnesses and most surprisingly the final report has been filed only on the basis of the statements of the accused person.
What is the best remedy please reply?

Muslim Inheritance
My mother is the only daughter to my grand parents, she use to have 4 brothers out of which 1 has expired. A plot of near about 2200 sqyrds was self partitioned by all my uncles giving nothing to my mother. Now there is some dispute between my two uncle (maternal) and a suit for partition has been filed by one of them.
What will be the share of my mother in such a property?
My grand parents are dead. One of my uncle is dead. There are four brothers and only one sister.
