A person was hit by my car and suffered multiple fractures. IPC 338 was filed against me and currently the court case is still pending in court. I pleaded not guilty and requested for fair trial.
Now the injured and their family is not ready to settle the case (even though it was not my mistake and injured was walking in the middle of the road. Even took the injured to near by hospital and paid amount for first aid till their family comes).
Now the injured filed an MVOP case claiming huge amount from me and my insurer.
Now what should I do?
1. I have third party insurance coverage to my vehicle along with all valid documents.
2. If the court judgement is huge compensation, do I need to pay along with insurance company?
3. When the criminal case outcome is not yet decided, does the same trial happens in civil court.
4. If the outcome of criminal case is conviction, will I be sent to jail immediately.
Apologies for asking so many questions as I belong to middle class family and I am a high school teacher.

If any of the learned lawyer or professional could provide the format in which I should put an application for commission to record the evidence in district consumer court, i will be very thankful. Kindly provide a sample format, if available.

Sir,
I (father) have prayed for custody of my child ( 5 year old son), but opposite party is not appearing before court. She is living in adulterous life, her mother is complaining before police the she admitted that married again.
Will the court pass ex-party order ?
If ex-party order is passed, will police hand over my child to me ?

I am working in a private school. Handling high school and higher secondary in Karnataka. When I joined I submitted a certificate. Now I needed them for a govt varification. From 10th till my last qualification for an attestation process. Now they are denying it. They are not giving certificates.
Does the institution have any right to hold them?
If they don't give what should I do?.
Please help

I am an employee of a CA firm ?
(1) My chartered accountant has made me a guarantor in his client's bank vehicle loan
(2) On the request of my chartered accountant, I became guarantor of his client with a good intention.
(3) My CA'S Client is not repaying his loan so his bank vehicle loan has become NPA
(4) Due to which my CIBIL has also become bad and I am in a lot of mental stress.
(5) I have requested my chartered accountant many times to repay the loan but his client is not repaying the loan till day.
(6) When I wanted to take back my guarantee from the bank, the bankers refused to cancel my Guarantee without repaying the loan.
What legal remedies can I get for this fraud that happened to me?
Can I take any legal action against my chartered accountant?

Sirs,
I am appearing for the accused in a pocso case. The allegation is that the accused showed some obscene videos of his own sexual activities with some minors to the victim in this case who is also a minor. The alleged pendrive containing sexual activities were seized by the police and sent to forensic lab.now a report is obtained from the said lab.now I am told that it will be played in the court room to see whether the pendrive really contains sexual activities of the accused. Here I have no idea what defence I can take when the video is played.....what are the probable questions I can ask to the witness when the video is played ?
Please also provide useful citations also.

Can a public charitable trust be converted into a private company?
Can the trustees become directors in that private company?
Who is the owner of the trust's properties? Is it with the private company or remains with (leftover from) the trust?

Registration of farm land
Dear experts,
I am planning to buy an agricultural land.
But it seems, the seller got it as inherited land and he does not have any link documents or registration papers for the land.
So the land does not have any registration papers, so I can not verify the encumbrance certificate.
But he has passbook and adangal entry on his name for the said property.
Is it safe to register this land?
