Reopen of banned rights for evidence plaintiff

As the court has stopped / banned the rights of submission of evidence before a week in land civil case because since long the plaintiff didnt submitted the proof after taking many dates and now the plaintiff has applied using affidavit for reopen rights for submitting evidence.

Can the court or judge grant this rights once it was blocked ?

Can the defendant lawyer not allow this application by their pleadings ?

What pleading strategy should apply to stop reopening the rights ?

Please guide .

Regarding will witness

if will is registered in a case . is it compulsory that witness must have read and also known that what is describe in will ?
please guide me

No rent receipt , rent agreement xrox only

1)A khas procession was rented in 2004 for one year.

2)The rent agreement was renewed 2005 for one year.

3)After 2005 , rent agreement was not issued.

Land lord never issue rent receipt.Original of all rent agreement
is lost , XROX copy of rent agreement is there with landlord.
Tenant have no agreement copy only XROX.

From 2005 end till date , land lord not accepting rend.
Asking to vacate the processing verbally .Tenant were asking time.

on 2017 , land lord file for eviction suit.Now tenant is saying that
he has paid up to date and not rent receipt was issued.As landlord
can not show ,the counter part of any rent receipt , he claim that,
the payment has been made over hand.

a)If landlord is not able to produce counter part of rent receipt.
Will court consider full payment by tenant ? Landlord can not
ask for default of payment ?

b)Tenant has made alteration of the property without consent and that have accepted by
tenant in the court.Is this a valid ground for eviction ?

c)XRAOX copy of agreement can prove Tenancy ?

d)Tenant has no paper , only XROX copy of the Agreement.
Will it be difficult to evict them?

d)Landlord daughter and her husband has no own house.Both govt employee.
Both are eligible for Govt Qauter.Landlord want to gift this property to his daughter
and daughter want to demolish exiting structure and build new by taking housing loan.
(Currently Tenant or his relative does not stay this house,it is too old and damaged)
Is this reason is sufficient for reasonable requirement ?

No nominee

My dad owned a property but he did not keep any nominee or legal heir for that property. So after his death who will get the property?
1.Will the spouse get all the property or spouse and their children will get equal part.

Non payment of recruitment fees by panacea biotech ltd

We have provided manpower placement to the client Panacea Biotech Ltd

As per agreed term they have to pay us the service fee within 3 months from the date of joining, candidates have joined in month of April 2018 , till date we have not received our payment, initially when we were doing follow-up with HR they were giving excuses like, payment will be done in 7 days, by end of the week , by end of the month and so on, since 1 month they have started ignoring our phone call , by disconnecting, not replying to mail. Need all your suggestion how to handle this, and what action we should take for non-payment and the harassment.

Kindly advise how to proceed with unprofessional employers who refuses to pay on time. What they don't understand is the time and effort of recruiters and the support that we provided most importantly when they really wanted the support .

Cheating by housing finance

Sir i am only 20year old.. Due to lack of experience... I bought a ground floor flat by my own mony..i have taken loan of 7 lakh from Supreme housing finance. I was very happy that i got good deal bt later i got to know that ground floor is unauthorized in this colony.. There is 0 resale value of my flat... Now please help me can i take ligal action against bank? as they have done proper legal, technical, valuation proses then why they didn't rejected my loan, i was thinking that if bank is giving the loan thats mean property is ok... I am really very tensed now plzz help..plz guide me. 7982615005

Mutual divorce

Hello Sir,
Me and my husband filed mutual divorce in March 2018 but during the time period going of waiting 6 months for final date of 13b, we had communicated in between and now we both are ready to settle down for sake of our son. We are trying to remove differences between us but how this divorce can be stop now?.. In Oct, 2018 we will be called for final sign on 13b but now situation is different.
What should we have to do in legal process as our 13b finalize from High Court, Allahabad.

Kindly suggest us proper way to follow?

Succession of parental property

Sir/ Madam

My father owns a house in society measuring 223 sq yards and he expired without leaving a Will. My mother too has expired and I have 2 elder sisters who are mentally disabled and unmarried. I am married and have 2 kids and am taking care of my sisters too.

As there is no Will and the property is in a very high rated location I cannot afford to go for a succession certificate from the court by paying a percentage on the market value of the property.

I have a legal heir certificate issued in our name by the local Tahsildhar Office. There are no other heirs for this property.

Please suggest an alternate way in which the property can be transferred to my sisters and my name?

Mediation fail

Dear Experts,
My Lady Friend attend 2 Mediation and third mediation is still pending.
She is not ready to go with her husband, but husband ready to take her back to home.
She argued that she is victim of DV,Mentally Harassment and cruelty and husband accepted that she is right and i guilt for the same and I am ready to take her back to home.

Now Mediation lawyer and Judge told that the case may be transfer to Gujarat high court instead of civil court .
Sir, why the case is transfer to High Court ? is there any specific provision or what?

She is not ready to go with her husband . is there any legal situation that judge may be ordered her to go with her husband ?

Conveyance

Our society does not have a conveyance deed and Occupation Certificate,
1. Would like to know if both are independent of each other or OC is compulsary before making an application or Conveyance deed.
2. Where does the society apply for Conveyance deed
3. Our land is on 999 years lease, with a CHS formed by a group of members. However our owner has now expired, can we obtain deemed conveyance
