Anticipatory Bail-Not Granted/Rejected

Due to excessive harassment by money lender, plaintiff's husband committed suicide. Complaint was lodged by plaintiff. Anticipatory bail was granted by court to accused. Is there any judgement of Supreme Court or Bombay High Court or any other High Court, for cancellation of such bail? Your cooperation will be obliged. Thanks in advance.

Not getting my relieving letter.

Hi everyone,

I had a bond of 2 yrs with my organisation and it is supposed to be over in Sept 2009. In the month of July i got an offer from some other organisation and resigned on medical grounds from my present organization. I was relieved from there within 12 days and the HR assured that the letter would be given to me in a weeks time. All the approvals were done. But unfortunately, even after a month of the actual release I do not have any document in my hand. And, more discouraging and painful is the fact that the HR is not responding to any of my emails and phone calls. I even tried to contact them in person but to no success. They are not ready to come in front. I am not sure of the reason, but that is what is happening since last 25-30 days. All this delay has caused so much of mental disturbance and moreover, the offer letter of the new organization also got expired.

Please suggest me something about this issue. How should I proceed further to get my relieving letter from my company. And, I believe there is no way my parent company can ask me to pay the bond amount as I have already got the approvals from the first level, second level managers and HR too.

Thanks for all your patience and time. Looking forward to reading some helpful suggestions from your side.

Thanks,
Sunny.

Violation of contract

Dear All
I have taken an admission in one of the driving schools in the city. I took the admission on the basis of advertisement in one of the reputed news papers. Now they have not completed my course. In the advertisement they mentioned that the course is of 10 days. I took the admission on 9 July 09 & since then they have never followed the timing, everytime I had to contact them. Despite of my repeated follow up now they are not turning up. They are avoiding my phone calls.I made many sms also but they are not responding. My fee was including learning & permanent license fees. I paid fees for learning which also they are not paying, they are only giving me committments. Now considering their behaviour I feel that they will cheat me in permanent license also.
So in such case what is the remedy available to me.
Whether telephonic conversation is treated as an evidence?
I have got the receipt of driving school of Fees paid to them & on the receipt they have mentioned that "with license". Other than this I do not have any document with me.
They used to take my sign on the time sheet.
I am planning to send one letter to their office stating all the facts. So can i send the letter through courier & keep POD with me or should I send it through RPAD.

Kindly advice
Thank in advance

My wife is harassing me

We recently married. My wife is torturing me with her emails and bad mouthing me and my family. I have stopped speaking and sleeping with her and she tortures me whole night by speaking and waking me up. My family have tried to reason with her but she is out to dominate me. Being a gentleman and educated person I have come to conclusion that it is best we separate. I am staying abroad with her. What should I do to separate from this abusive relationship

If a person is denied their due for promotion because of incorrect recording of medical case sheets and ab initio void documents, can that person seek justice under provisions of RTI Act through the CIC?
If not, then can HIgh Courts be approached under the Constitutional provisions of life and liberty?
