A renowned Hindu Mutt was donated 3000 sft of land with house by a person thro' a will and after the demise of the donor the property reached the hands of the Mutt in 2014. The property is located very much within the city of Chennai. Recently this property has been sold for half the price in a non-transparent manner and insider sale is suspected. This sale has taken place after some locals giving written objection stating that the Mutt should not sell the house instead carry out some social service activities from that house.
How to bring this house back to Mutt and is there any rule or law stipulating minimum gestation period for properties received as donations by religious outfits ? Please offer your valuable advice.

Dear sir my father is three brother . his younger brother get some property in deed of gift ( atainama) in kritrim putra form. That time my father and another uncle is nawalik ( under age) and family is jointed. so I know that my father and my another uncle have ligal right in my younger uncle geted in deed of gift ( atainama) property.

If an employee has been a victim of harassment and discrimination and he has already raised a complaint with higher management of his organisation and the case is going on. What happens if that company is acquired by another firm and the decision is still pending? Also if the employee seeks legal (court) assistance how can he go about it.

We have undivided & joint land property area about 0.31 acre(18 kattah approx) in our father's name in howrah. We are eight co sharer resides thereon. My father registered a settlement deed in Kerala in 1999. He expired. My mother is living. Now when I bought memo from parasalai registration office to pay differential value. They refusing outside Tamilnadu registration is null and void. Please give your valuable advice.

Hello,
The land owner(now dead) sold his land to a lady from whom I purchased the same land. In both the sale deeds, the sons have signed as witnesses. One of the grand child (father now dead but had signed as witness in my sale deed) claims his share and is threatening legal proceeding. I have half constructed a house and got electric connection in my name since 2014. The boundary wall is built and the gate has not been fixed. Applied for mutation and is pending in the settlement office.
Please advise as to what is my legal standing in this case.
