Sending legal notices from abroad

Hi to all members, me and my wife married as per Muslim sharia in India, then i brought my wife to UAE on my sponsorship ,she went back to India 8 months before by promising me that after the delivery of the baby she will return to me, the problem is form her mother side since she was asking me money for the marriage of her other 2 daughters, which I ignored, then my wife also joined her mother in the game now, and blackmailing me with false cases, fortunately I have all the call recording in my defense. More over there is no communication between our two families due to the same disputes, I just wanted to know being myself in UAE can i send legal notices to my wife and in laws regarding my wife to come and join me here in UAE, since she went to India for delivery of baby and does not want to come to me, and demanding money for settlement etc. etc., which i don’t want to happen, can anyone suggest me what is the procedure to send the legal notices to my wife and in laws and the concern Indian authorities in India, I still love my wife, I want to get back her. I want her to come and join me here in UAE that is all I need from her. Can I do all this procedure without a lawyer???Because previously I hired a stupid lawyer who ditched me for money, who then turn in their side, and threatening me that he will fight the case from their side now. Can I take any legal help from Indian Embassy here????i came to know that they filled a complaint on me, but no FIR yet, because police also understood it’s a false complaint .Can you please tell me what action I can take on my wife and her cruel mother. Can I do all these things with out visiting India???? Thank a lot in advance for your valuable replies.

Divorce on basis of cruelty and cheating

Sir / Ma'am, I got married in June 2011, after 20 days of marriage my wife attempted for suicide by hanging herself. During 20 days of marriage she was all aloof and we didn't have any physical or emotional connection. I and my family admitted her to hospital. She was struggling for life in hospital for 2 months and I was all restless, in pain for her and curious to know why she has done that.
Later on through few relatives, I and my family came to know that she had an affair of 7 years with a guy before marriage, which she never told and she was forced to marry me by her parents against her will. To which her family refused to agree and her family wanted her to die as now everyone knew about her affair and it affected their image. Her family wanted her to die without her statement and all the allegations should come on me for her suicide attempt.
But by the god's grace she came out of comma after 2 months and when I went to see her she said "I don't want you, I want to go to my ex”.
As she didn’t wanted to continue with me and after knowing all the facts I decided for getting divorce. When she recovered I left her in hospital telling her parents, you can take your daughter home.
I filed for divorce for cruelty in June 2012 after a year of marriage which took another 6 months for all the procedures. Now since then I am struggling for getting divorced. My advocate filed the application to which her family and her advocated dint accepted. The girl is missing and no one knows where she is. Since 2.5 years a new application filing and their reply over it for not accepting the truth is going on and my case is not moving ahead. Trails have not started yet.
Came to know from people that her ex got married to someone else and no one knows where she is.
Also any divorce case is between a husband and the wife but here the wife is missing.
Please advise me what I should do to get divorced as soon as possible without giving any alimony as she ruined my life without any mistake of mine. I cannot marry anyone else also till I get a divorce. I have already wasted 4 crucial years of my life in all this matter. I am 34 almost and she is 27 years old. She holds a MCA degree and use to work before marriage and is eligible to work and earn for herself.
Can I have point against her that
1. She left me after marriage as she wanted to go back to her ex. Also after leaving me she dint appeared since 3 years and 9 months.
2. On basis of cruelty
3. Hiding fact that she was having an affair of 7 years before marriage.
On this basis can I get a divorce?
What should I do so that the trials will get started and she should appear and accept the fact.
How the trials will get start soon?

Claim over fathers property

Hi Experts,
A friend of mine was separated for a year, in the meantime she got a call center job for herself as she failed to get support from her family. Later she got divorced approx 3 years back as per Muslim Law. She was being tortured and harassed when she was in Doha-Qatar. Out of their wedlock 2 children were born, girl 20 years old and son 19 years. Her husband got married to another lady but due his greed he even divorced her as she was infertile. Husband is now planning to get marry for the third time. She stays in a rented house along-with her daughter and son. Husband owns two properties in Mumbai and has a good job in Qatar. When she was divorced she did not take any legal action against her husband due to lack of financial support. But now she wants to take revenge for all the tortures and harassment caused by her husband.

What legal remedy she can adopt in order to take legal action against her husband?

How can her children claim their fathers property?

Please help experts, needs your best advice.

Rights of joint owner after 1st owner is deceased

My Father-in-law and Mother-in-law are joint owners for their apartment in Hyderabad. They have 2 daughters. Now my father-in-law has passed away and there is no will.
1. Would my mother-in-law automatically get full ownership of the apartment.
2. My mother-in-law is now trying to sell the apartment and both her daughters are not looking for any share in this. But the buyers are still asking for legal heir document. Is it required? Or can the sale be done without the legal heir document.
3. Is there an option to transfer the full ownership of this apartment on to my mother-in-law so that, she can then sell without any issues of getting legal heir document or other documents.
