Hi,
I am a central govt employee . my office Office Superintendent (OS) is harassing me these days for everything for no fault of mine. making me to stay in office for extra hours intentionally, time and again shouting on me etc. I have taken it to notice of Foreman too. But foreman gave deaf ear.
Could you pls guide me what should I do now ? Can I approach police people for this ?
I am afraid if I take it to notice of higher authorities I will be transferred . Pls guide me how should I come out of this.
can I approach police people for this ? if So will they take this case of harassment in office ? what are the proofs for it etc.

I have an pending accident case 338 IPC and it is still running in court. I am a student and got an job in MNC and company is asking police clearance certificate as joining document.
My name is not present in FIR but my name is present in chargesheet which is filed in the court.
1. what is probability of finding the criminal record during background check if I don't mention about the case ?
2. Is there any website where i can check if I had any criminal record on my name / date of birth ?
3. Some lawyers are saying to pay fine around 1000 and close the case, but it is still conviction on me, does this hamper my career in passport, visa and background checks ?
4. If the face the trial and got convicted, will i go to jail ?
Please guide me to the right path as my career is on the line.

I am going to buy chawl room in chembur.which is already survey by sra and all the documents are submitted by the owner of room..on the annex 2 of sra listing of his name is it ok to buy the room from him..can i transfer the room on my name on annex 2 after demolish the chawl is it possible the sra flat will be alloted on my name...plz suggest

Under the redevelopment of property
Can Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement be registered & pay stamp duty before vacating flats
Or
It has to registered only after receiving CC upto that floor of Under construction building
Developer says they register Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement approximately after one year of vacating flats.
I feel it's possible before vacating flats as well .
Please guide & give reference, circular, rule, GR, etc

The RP of the company currently in CIRP has denied to pay the workers who are coming to the plant on the basis of No work no pay policy.

Power of Attorney issue
in year 1998 my father make a general power of attorney on my name.
he expires in 2004.
his power of attorney is still valid.
We have property which is still on my fathers name and we want to sell now.
transferring property on my name is little time consuming. Can i use power of attorney and close the deal.
