Can i cancel or modify a registered will from another registrar office of present stay

(Querist) 10 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
I have registered a will in one state. Presently I am staying in another state. I want to cancel my earlier will. Can I do so from my present place? Is it sufficient if I register a new will at my present place?
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 10 November 2015
Author, you can execute another will in the present place by canceling the previous will registered in another state. And if you wish to rectify or modify the previous will, you can do it also at present place. free to call 09490929460.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate Online (Expert) 11 November 2015
Once a fresh will is signed (even if not regd) it automatically cancels the previous one (even if regd)
