Can i file a criminal complaint u/s 190 of cr.p.c and u/s 463, 468 of ipc?

My Contempt petition in the High Court is disposed off.the judgement of the court is against me beacause the respondent had filed the affidavit which contained many false averements. Can i file a criminal complaint in JMFC u/s 190 of Cr.P.C and u/s 463, 468 of IPC? Can contempt petition be reviewed in the same court? please suggest me.

You have to file such complaint in HC itself not in lower court.

You can find respite in the High court only by filing the same before it.

You shall have to file petition under section 340 of criminal procedure code before the same court which entertained the earlier petition in which false evidence was produced by your opposite party.

If any false affidavit is filed in any court, you have to file the petition u/s 340 cr.p.c. r/w 195 1 B of Cr.p.c. r/w 193 IPC.

No other court is having the jurisdiction to entertain this petition.
