Can residential property used as a clinic

I Have a one property in residential premises. can I used same property as a clinic . Is it permissible? In that case can i take benefit of electricity and water as a residential and not as a commercial rates.?

if you are a doctor you can use your flat as clinic for treating patients

You have to go through local rules whether you can use residential property as your clinic. Even if it is permissible, being a commercial activity such benefits can not be availed till specifically permitted.
