if a person have only bar council license & person not registered it even in a one court.can a person file a suit in a court in their state court.or membership of at least one court is necessary to act as a advocate

if a person is a member of bar council he can be file case before the court all over india except SC, till he qualify the AOR exam and get certificate.

Bar Association membership is not necessary...but to be a lawyer affiliation by Bar Council is mandatory.

Member ship of State bar council is require to practice.

there is no requirement to obtain local bar council membership.
