DEAR SIR,
MY UNCLE HAS PERMANENT RESIDENT IN BHAVNAGAR (BHAVNAGAR DISTRICT,GUJARAT). BUT HIS GOOD TRETMENT OF SUBJECT HOSPITALISED IN AHMEDABAD AND DIA IN HOSPITAL IN AHMEDABAD ON 13/08/2013. AFTER DETH HE HAS GO TO BHAVNAGAR VIA AMBULANCE. ALL FAMILY MEMBER IN BHAVNAGAR. SO cremation of a dead body IN BHAVNAGAR "SMASHAN".
MY QUESTION IS WHICH MAHANAGAR PALICA ISSU A DETH CERTIFICATE.
1) BHAVNAGAR
2) AHMEDABAD

If cremination is at Bhavanagar, then Mahanagar palika will issue death certificate. You will have to inform the same to the palika to enter the date of death in the registar of death.

The hospital at Ahamdabad must / should have informed about the demise to the Mahanagar Palika at Ahamdabad, on the basis of that information you can get the certificate from there. The death information can be noted at one place only.
