Sir, my friend gave me cheques and get bounce, cheque amount accepted on signed plain blank paper which is I got through register post with AD, its valid evidence in cheques bounce case.

It can be an evidence.. but immediately send him a demand notice mentioning to pay within 15 days of receipt of the notice.. If he fails to pay the amount within those days.. then file a suit u.s. 138 Nego. Inst. Act for recovery of money... please follow the limitation period in this case.. send him legal notice within 30 days of cheque bounce and file the suit within 30 days of last date of the notice period. And after filing suit your evidence comes.

When the cheque was presented and bounced? When You received information of bouncing?
What are contents of letter from him with you?
Is it stamped and acknowledgement of debt?

Facts not proper, consult local lawyer.
