conflict regarding access road to my plot

myself sanu sudhi came to know thru my neighbour that there is some dispute in the access road of 3.6m to my plot..i want to know whether any case is there in access road...how ill i come to know this..if there is any case how can i get the case number and its details...can anybody help me...please mail me in my id also..thanks in advance.

You can cause searches to the court of law withing whose territorial jurisdiction any suit involving that dispute would be filed.

You search the suit filing registar in the court. Such types of suits normally files in the civil judge junior division courts.
