dear sir
i want file consumer case against the semsung dealer and i do not know the semsung company address and its manager. can i file consumer case against the sales dealer of semsung without joining of company?
is there any citation of state commotion or india commition?

or read mannual of product, in which company address should be mentioned.

If your grievance is solely against the particular dealer where the Sumsung does not have any issues then you could file such against the Dealer only without impleading the Company.

you must have got the warranty card when you purchased samsung product . it would contain detaiiled address of the company , bear stamp of dealer from where you purchased the product

A consumer complaint is to be filed in the consumer forum under whose jurisdiction the opposite party's office/shop, as the case may be, is situated.
Findout in the website of Samsung for their Head Office & branch offices to find the nearest branch to your locality.
You can make the local dealer also a party in the complaint. In that case, you can file the complaint in your own area and make the Head office of Samsung as a party.
