criminal case pending - am i elizible for banking job

Goog Evening respected lawyers and friends

In my name criminal case of abatement to death( NO dowry case - seems to be 304A ipc) . my brother's wife committed suicide ,
charges have been made on my brother and me.

still cc number not given and its in pending case list.

now ,
am i eligible to get govt(banking) jobs in India?

It is upto the recruitment cell of the Bank to decide whether to appoint a person who is arrayed as an accused person in a criminal case.

NO AS PER RULES AND AS PER CLAUSE MENTIONED IN THE APPLICATION FORM WHICH SPECIFICLLY MENTION THAT THE PERSON SHOULD NOT BE CONVICTED OF ANY OFFENCE OR ANY CRIMINAL CASE IS PENDING.
