Defendant not implead in suit

we, was filed a suit in civil court
in 2010 some defendant appear in suit but 1 defend not come in appear in the suit from 2010 to untill,
Claim : Perpetual Injunction

Our lawyer saying summons serving but not reply by yet.
what should we do?

Unless service is complete the suit will not progress. Resend the summons. Refusal is good service.

Non-acceptance is proper service, if the defendant do not appear the court shall proceed ex-parte against the defendant.
