Delay in full and final

Dear Sir,

My earlier company has not cleared my Dues even after 5 months of LWD. I am regularly following them through mail and phone but everytime inform that it is under process. Can i take any legal action against them for dues as well interest on dues.

issue legal notice to company . in said notice give refernce to correspondence exchanged by you with compnay for clearance of your dues

Yes you can file civil suit for recovery of money.
Alternatively you can go for the case of criminal breach of trust.

Thanks for the answer, I stay in Gurgaon but my earlier company regd office in Lucknow, where I have to file suit. How I will follow the case from Gurgaon?

you were employed by company in lucknow . company is having its regd office at lucknow . file case in lucknow . engage a local lawyer

If you had worked in the company at gurgaon then you can also file the suit at Gurgaon.

The Gurugaon court shall have jurisdiction only when Co. has a branch in Gurugaon and you in particular were posted there during which period arrears got incurred.
