Hi sir. My case is my ex girlfriend given a case rape. Before 2 to 3 years back. We taken a private selfie photos in hotel. At the time we r nt keep any sexual connection but she given tht type of case. What should i do please give help for. Me

If the case is filed in police station you have to appoint advocate. You have fight out your case. You can also apply for anticipatory bail.

The case might have been booked under section 417 IPC and not rape.
The cheating offence i.e., having consensual sex on the promise of marriage but refuse to marry if proved you may be sentenced to undergo up to two years of imprisonment.
Hence if possible you may arrive at a compromise with hr and try to get the case compounded.
