respected sir/madam,
wt is the basic difference between advocate &
lawyer ? why some attach advocate & others are lawyer but both are similar in their profession.

Advocate and lawyer are one and the same and there is no diffirence in their respective duties and functions, but whre as there is a differance with pleador.

This quarry has already been resolved.
However, an advocate is a person who is enrolled in the roll of Bar Council and has been granted license to practice on behalf of his/her clients in the court of law.
And, a lawyer, who has law degree but has no right to practice in the Court of law.
