difference between Supplementarydeed and rectification deed

Could Anyone please explain what is difference between Supplementary deed and rectification deed?

Supplementary deed is, a Deed in continuation and as additional to main Deed , may be , with additioanl Clauses and clarifications of existign clauses . It shall be read as part of the main Deed!

Rectification deed ! it is deed executed, after the main deed, rectifyign mistakes in the main Deed - it shall be read as part of the main deed and contents of the Rectification deed shall be treated as originally incorporated in the maion deed !
