eligibility of practice as lawyer

i am doing job in psu company . i am eligible to practice as lawyer at least for my personnel cases

To practice in a court as a lawyer you must possess a degree of law and be enrolled in a roll of bar council.

For practice you must have degree of law and be enrolled in any of State bar council in India.

I agree with Mr.Siva, you can appear as Party in Person for your personal case
you can also file Public Interest Litigation by way of Party In Person.

Any person/citizen of India can defend his own case without having degree of law and he you have degree of law then it shall add colors to your own cases. You can peruse ur cases but not being an advocate because you are in service but as a litigant.

u should be a law degree holder. if you want to practice as an advocat you have to resign from the job.
U can defend ur case personally.
