My Grand-Father gave me a property in Rajasthan.
The Property had been already rented and now its more than 30 years since its been rented.
Currently the Rent is INR 2500PM.
Can I file a suit for Eviction?

Evict him as per law, under the provisions of rent law.

Only when you need the property for your need, you can evict the tenant, by Rent Control Proceedings Act.

There are various grounds for eviction viz. default in payment of rent, reasonable requirement, carrying on illegal and immoral activities from the rented premises, keeping hazardous and inflammable articles endangering human lives etc.

You can evict it for bonafide reasons also say that You need the property for personal purpose
