Dear experts ,
next week is my marriage's nullification case's first hearing.Three hearings were adjourned.Shall I take my love letters and call list to court and show the judge to prove that the petition is false petition?The petition is false petition so please help me experts.

You have to get permission from court to exhibit Documents as per List attached, When allowed, you Submit List of Documents with all these Documents serially numbered,
Once it is admitted by wife, you can get a good defense.
She mat not admit her handwriting, or refuse LL etc. Everything is possible during Evidence,.
People usually tell LIE on Oath, in courtroom.

You can exhibit the same during the evidence only.
This is not the stage for the same.
I hope you have used the references of the same in your Written Statement,.

just decide your self as per the grounds of her case.. if its necessary mean you may produce it.. or leave it..
is she denying her before marriage love affair with you?

You can produce it before the court at the time of evidence. No need to produce the same at the first date of hearing itself.
