Can the interim order of alimony/litigation charges awarded in matrimonial case(for divorce u/sec 13 of HMA) pending be executed in the same proceedings.
Kindly if Yes a judgment to that effect.

Mr.MR.B,
You can make a submission before the court to direct the defendants to pay the ordered amount. Court will definately direct the defendants to obey the order.

Interim orders passed by the court are executable before further proceeding in the case.
