I wanted to know that the society needs to complaint about FSI that the builder may have illegally used more than prescribed limit, kindly let us know that whom should we forward the written complaint for the same?

You are advised to file a complaint with your Municipal Authorities, if the Authorities failed to act, file a complaint before Lok Ayukta.

IF IN MUMBAI:
1. Make a written complaint addressed to the "Chief Executive Engineer" of "Building Proposal Dept", of the BMC, with details of your grievances, attached with the relevant documentary documents.

2. IF the BMC does not act on your complaint, THEN file a Writ Petition before the HC, for demolishing of the "illegal & unauthorised" constructions.
