sir my mother purchased a flat 2years back n its on rent recently 4months back she expired so now as we r two sibling left behind her so we have made requied process to make the flat in our name n now the tenent wants to renew the agreement but he is not agreeing on the papers of mutation of flat that we have n asking for a court paper stating that we both are the left hiers of our mother,i told him dat we r having family certificate stating that we r the left hiers after our mother but he not agreeing u sugguest wht papers r required in this agreement

seek succession certificate by filing a civil suit....dont worry, it will not take much of time..seek help of your local lawyer.

Tenent has not right to question your heirship. Get enter your name to property and say the tenent to renew the agreement or vacate the house

Yes it surprising to know that it is the tenats who are asking for proof of title. Just send them a eviction notice then see how they fall in line.

Tenent has not right to asking for court papers. File an evication suit against the tenent.

Yes, Tenant has not right to question title. Agree with Vishal ask him to get renewal of agreement or evict the premises.

It is better to evict this type of Tenants early ,otherwise they will create problem in future.So issue notice with the help of a Lawyer for eviction. For mutation you need succession certificate . That you can collect through Court.
