How much time it take for child maintenance?

I have filed case 125c and dv against him and i am fighting case from more than three year but still i am not able to get my child maintenance.
I want to know,how much time it take?
If my husband take a loan then he is not liable to pay child maintenance?

Taking a loan cannot be claimed as an excuse to avoid making payment for maintenance as awarded by court.
A maintenance case should not run for this long years, I think you should review the advocate's approach to the case and if necessary may even change the advocate.

Yes, taking loan is excuse though taking of loan taken before marriage is taken into account in determining the quntum of maintenance as per the decision of supreme court.
I am not sure why your maintenance case is pending for so long.
If you inform us the reason of delay then we can advise your further.

It is truly a long time for such type of case.. there might be some reason for such delay.. please mention the same.
