Tell me the problem , then I can try to guide you because at least in Maharashtra Mobile Tower installation on structure is brought under state law.

Means Telcom is central list subject in Constitution but if you need to install on residential building or commercial then certain provision they have made in local law.

Please state your problem in detail including age of your building , etc. Then I can try.
